How the grade works
A
Contact immediately. Both the website and SEO are weak — the biggest opportunity.
B
Secondary priority. One of the two — website or SEO — is weak.
C
Low priority. Website and SEO both look solid, so there's little to sell.
The audit checks two things: the website (age, mobile, and Google's live mobile speed test) and SEO (authority, traffic, top-3 rankings, and whether they show up for their money search). Running Google Ads is a budget signal — and a cue to pitch landing pages. Low accessibility scores add an ADA pitch.
